I've been pretty lucky to get the opportunity to go on a trip to India, Bangalore two years back with some of my school mates. We visited and stayed at a senior citizens home founded by my school mate's mother. It was the most amazing trip by far. They say, "No expectation No disappointments", and through this trip i have totally experienced that. I have completely no idea how good or bad will it turn out. I pissed my parents and Nico off for insisting on going for the trip. Reason being they are concerned about the amount of rape cases in India. Well, i won't say it is completely safe. But honestly I believe any part of the world is just as unsafe if you think about it. I have tried my best to filter out the photos and still have tonnes lying in the album, i didn't want to leave any out because everything seems to say something about my trip but oh well, let's not bombard this space too much~ I'll let the visuals do the rest of the talking...
These cases might seem cool but it ain't that cool, in-fact it is quite heart wrenching. These orphans have only a case each and that is all they have, all their clothing's and belongings.
Through the seven days in Bangalore I have became friends with these lovely people. I say friends because before the trip we were school mates and that makes a big difference. I have experienced so many "first times", and Bangalore had surprised me in so many ways. I would definitely want to visit it again. To my lovely friends, though school is out and all have part, i thank all for the awesome memories.
